What to include in the email

  1. Update the hierarchy
  2. Include all writing numbers
  3. If raising commission with AMAM please include the AMAM form ( please fill out the appropriate section)
  4. Make sure to include if any agent in the upline is not contracted with a certain carrier

Carrier Requests:

Carriers you have to request to add to SureLC: (When requesting these please include upline and upline’s writing number)

  • AMAM
  • Aetna
  • GW
  • Foresters
  • NLG- Please request this from AMS ( You must include upline and the original hierarchy) If you do not do your own hierarchies this must come from your contracting manager.

Carriers you have to request to add but need a first piece of business submitted before:

  • CFG 
  • Royal Neighbors
  • Accordia
  • Gerber

AML training: 

Please go to LIMRA.com 

  • Username- NPN #
  • Password- Last name all lowercase 

If you are unable to register please request an appointment with Mutual of Omaha – Once they receive your contract they will register you with AML/Limra

If you do your own hierarchies:

Please always make sure you use legal name and Middle name

Please make sure to include any details if an upline is not contracted with a specific carrier

  • Make sure you are keeping a record of your agents and comps.

When agents ask “Where is my contracting?”  Send them this reply: (save as a template in your email)

First:

-Confirm your requested appointments on SureLC.  (Log back in) 

   *There should be green check marks by the carriers you have selected.

   * Check the date the contracting was sent out. 

   * if it shows:  Producer = You did not fully submit / BGA = it will be sent to the carrier in the next 24 hours / Carrier = the contract is with the carrier and you will need to call them directly to check on it. 

If your SureLC is complete- contact the carrier directly to check the status.
